Returns & Warranty Policies 

WARRANTY POLICY

• It is the policy of Doctors Choice Mobility & Medical Equipment, LLC. To provide a 100% replacement warranty on all products provided during a term of one year from the date of delivery.   The warranty is covered for equipment malfunction and in the case of Orthotics, the warranty will cover an orthotic device that due to a patient’s change in weight or a physical change the orthotic device will be adjusted or changed accordingly.

RETURN POLICY

It is the policy of Doctors Choice Mobility & Medical Equipment, LLC. To provide a return policy to all our customers.  The terms of our return policy is as follows:

• Durable medical equipment of “non-personal” use in nature such as wheel chairs, walkers, canes, semi-electric hospital beds, etc. That are “purchased” will have a 30 day return limit for a full refund based on the fact that it is returned in perfect working order and without any physical damages and with all original tags.
• Durable Medical Equipment of “Personal Use” such as bedside commodes, mattresses of any kind, and any orthotic device or disposable supply products such as catheters, diabetic supplies, wound care supplies and urological supplies and any enteral nutrition products WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN once delivered and accepted by customer. This policy has been designed in the best interest and protection of infection control and from communicable health diseases for all of our patients/customers.
